Undrafted free-agents in the NFL often have a very tough hill to climb to make it to an NFL roster. But if you are a hard-working, tough guy like Don Barclay, the hill seems like a small mound.

WVU’s Tony Caridi reported that Barclay made the final squad for the Green Bay Packers. He came into training camp as a guard near the bottom of the depth chart and worked his way up.

He showed toughness, a strong work ethic, versatility and an ability to stay in front of his man that overshadowed other veterans on the roster.
