We continue our 2017-18 NFL previews by examining Tampa Bay Bucs’ Maurice Fleming’s past, present, and future.

The Past: Fleming played for the Mountaineers for one season after transferring in from Iowa, and signed with the Bucs as an undrafted free-agent. He had 48 tackles and one INT with WVU.

The Present: Fleming adds speed to the position for the Bucs (he ran a 4.52 at pro day). Corner is a deep position for the Bucs with one starting job available. The team carries ten corners into camp.

The Future: Best case scenario for Fleming is to make some plays and stand out during camp. He likely won’t vie for the starting job, but could hang on and add depth. He could also be a solid practice squad candidate.
