The Seahawks had a scrimmage on Sunday, and Bruce Irvin was one of the highlight players.
He was often in the backfield in QB Tarvaris Jackson’s face.
“Bruce had a couple of really cool plays,” Carroll said.
On back-to-back snaps, Irvin displayed a boggling bust to pressure and “sack” Jackson.
One play later, Marshawn Lynch broke off a 70-yard run only to be chased down by Irvin from the other side of the field.
“That’s not a surprise,” coach Pete Carroll said. “He can fly.”
