Shelton Gibson finds a new home amid a flurry of signings on Sunday.
The Philadelphia Eagles waived Gibson at near the beginning of August with a waived/injured designation. He hurt his ankle in the first game of the preseason against the Titans.
He was going into his third year with the team, but hadn’t carved out a role on offense after selecting him in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
ESPN’s Jake Trotter tweeted that the Cleveland Browns signed Gibson to their practice squad.
